What can appear publicly?
Only profiles intentionally marked discoverable can be indexed. Public pages may show chosen profile fields such as name, bio, skills, general country and open projects.
What always stays private?
Authentication data, messages, account settings and contact details are not public. Email or phone sharing requires a connection and explicit approval.

How do I get better matches?
Describe both what you can contribute and what you need, then add realistic availability, goals and preferred working style.
Can I hide my profile later?
Yes. Turn off the discoverable-profile setting; the public page will immediately stop being available to guests and search engines.
How do I report a safety concern?
Signed-in members can report or block another member from that person’s profile. Administrators review reports with audited access controls.
